Evidence ledger
Public evidence.
Clear programme boundaries.
This record distinguishes implemented software, internal analysis, proposed spacecraft architecture and external validation still required.
Public ledger updated 5 August 2026
Implemented mission software
Ground Alpha packages a task, observations, orbit estimate, uncertainty, alerts and source hashes into a signed result that a verifier can check. The wider workspace includes secure mission operations, communications, command-policy and flight-software components.
- Runnable code and automated tests are present in the local workspace.
- Performance claims remain limited to controlled internal scenarios.
- The software is not represented as flight qualified, production deployed or customer accepted.
Internal analytical evidence
Engineering trades, physics checks, synthetic source injection, architecture, requirements, verification planning and commercial packages exist under configuration control.
- These records support programme decisions.
- They do not substitute for supplier, bench, real-sky, regulator or flight evidence.
Proposed spacecraft architecture
The current design baseline is a GEO custody payload on a dedicated partner spacecraft. ADR-002 proposes a route toward an acquired reference asset, GEO-1, Scout-0, Fusion pathfinders and later mission-specific capacity.
- No Sirona spacecraft is contracted, built, launched, commissioned or operational.
- No supplier, launch, licence, customer, financing or constellation commitment is claimed.
External validation still required
The next programme value comes from evidence that cannot be created by another document or synthetic run.
- Named customer decision and accepted success test
- Multi-night real-sky GEO campaign and independent truth comparison
- Representative processor, secure element and FlatSat fault testing
- Supplier quotations and controlled interfaces
- Regulatory, spectrum, remote-sensing, export and insurance records
- Integrated schedule, finance case, environmental evidence and flight release
Public claim rule
A design target remains a target until the stated evidence closes it.
This applies to performance, timing, availability, cost, 20 times advantage, customer value and asset ownership.
