Why mission control matters
A satellite image is only part of the answer.
For sensitive missions, confidence also depends on tasking priority, command governance, key custody, calibration access, data rights and continuity.
Sirona is designing those rights into the spacecraft, ground and evidence chain from the outset.
Mission portfolio
Specific missions. One controlled architecture.
GEO Custody is the current pre-flight baseline. FusionGuard is a Gulf-focused Phase A reference mission. Dedicated sovereign systems are a future customer delivery model.
Mission delivery
From feasibility study to dedicated mission capacity.
The available offer is a paid GEO custody feasibility study. Founding agreements, commissioned services and dedicated systems follow only when the relevant customer, technical, regulatory and finance requirements are met.
Mission studies
Define the decision, observing concept, control rights, acceptance test and costed route.
ConditionalFounding mission agreements
Govern customer authority, proof milestones and the conditions for later capacity.
FutureCommissioned mission services
Deliver a validated workflow against agreed service and evidence standards.
FutureDedicated sovereign systems
Provide customer-specific orbital capacity, ground control, training and lifecycle support.
Path to real assets
Design authority, flight-proven hardware and staged ownership.
Sirona intends to retain mission architecture, payload requirements, command, calibration and customer rights while procuring proven spacecraft buses, launch and specialist services. Capacity grows in small tranches after demand and evidence close.
Review the asset pathReusable mission core
A common control layer for different missions.
Sirona is developing a common command, calibration and evidence layer that can be configured for different spacecraft, payloads and operating environments. Each programme defines its customer authority, security boundary, acceptance test and regulatory path.
The software and architecture are available for technical review. They are not flight qualified, customer accepted or operational.
Current public status
No Sirona satellite is under contract or operational.
Software and internal analytical evidence are available for review. Customer acceptance, real-sky validation, representative hardware, suppliers, approvals and flight evidence remain open.
